Since 1988, Dunes Development has earned a solid reputation for building exclusive, custom homes in the Harbor Country of Southwestern Michigan.

The management team at Dunes Development combines over 60 years of experience, and many of our skilled craftsmen have been with us since the beginning.

We are a recipient of the Distinguished Building Award from the AIA Chicago for 2000, and have the privilege of being featured in Architectural Digest.
